This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for mid and senior-level positions, from initiation to offer acceptance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to gain a clear understanding of hiring requirements.

• Identify and attract talent through LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and various other recruitment channels.

• Evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates based on the specific requirements of each position.

• Utilize Greenhouse ATS and related tools to manage candidate activities, workflows, and coordinate interviews.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for priority and challenging-to-fill positions.

• Ensure a responsive, professional, and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep hiring teams updated with progress, feedback, and actionable recommendations.

• Assist with offer processes, pre-employment procedures, and recruiting operations as necessary.

• Monitor recruitment activities and maintain precise records and documentation of processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience with a proven history of successful offer acceptances across various roles.

• Strong preference for experience in recruiting within Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.

• Practical experience with an applicant tracking system; proficiency with Greenhouse ATS is highly preferred.

• Excellent sourcing abilities, including the skill to identify and engage passive candidates.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities, paired with sound decision-making skills.

• Ability to establish credibility with hiring managers and partner effectively with the business.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
