This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Collaborate with various departments within the business on all facets of the recruitment process for cryptocurrency talent.
• Formulate strategies to achieve hiring objectives and partner with hiring managers to synchronize priorities and goals.
• Create a diverse talent pipeline utilizing innovative sourcing methods.
• Design unconventional sourcing strategies to draw in top talent.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and well-prepared throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Deliver data-driven updates to hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Establish processes that will enable the recruitment team to scale its efforts for future growth.
• A passion for cryptocurrency or blockchain is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a technical field or organization.
• Proven experience in recruiting highly specialized talent (preferably with a focus on crypto/blockchain or executive placements).
• Excellent sourcing abilities with a demonstrated track record of converting passive candidates into hires.
• Familiarity with utilizing niche channels for candidate sourcing.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as ATS systems, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
