• Engage actively in the complete recruitment process, from initiating hiring requisitions to extending employment offers and facilitating onboarding.
• Ensure that all roles are filled in accordance with the company's culture and within established timelines.
• The Recruiter will manage open requisitions that vary in technical complexity and/or labor market challenges.
• Adhere to the company's recruitment procedures while complying with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
• Employ sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract and select top candidates, taking into account their skills, experiences, and cultural alignment with the position.
• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, including qualifications, experience, location, travel frequency, compensation expectations, and more.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding competitive compensation and collaborate with the Benefits/Compensation team as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; or a combination of relevant experience and education.
• A minimum of two years of HR sourcing and full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Prior experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required.
