This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with leadership to create a strategic recruitment plan that addresses current and future staffing needs for the Health System.

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and refer candidates for clinical, clerical, technical, administrative, and professional roles across the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate Degree is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment is necessary.

• Familiarity with employment laws is essential.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
