This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute mass recruitment efforts within the BPO sector

• Identify and evaluate potential candidates through sourcing and interviewing

• Track and uphold performance metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in mass recruitment within the BPO sector

• At least 1 year of sourcing experience

• Proven experience in conducting candidate interviews

• Familiarity with performance metrics

• Strong customer service orientation

• Open to applicants who are High School Graduates

• Must have an internet speed of at least 30 MBPS

• Requires an I5 processor and 8GB of installed RAM

• Must possess an installed MS Office license
