This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee designated stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and support for onboarding documentation.
• Identify candidates via approved job boards, databases, referrals, and outreach methods.
• Evaluate applicants against established role requirements and non-negotiable criteria.
• Keep candidate pipelines active and precise for current and upcoming job openings.
• Coordinate interviews, clearly communicate subsequent steps, and manage candidate and client information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the assigned phases of the hiring process.
• Provide prompt recruitment updates to clients, leadership, and internal teams.
• Clearly articulate expectations, requirements, and next steps to avoid any misalignment.
• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure the process progresses smoothly.
• Elevate any concerns, delays, or gaps in the process to leadership when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records within the ATS, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
• Document candidate results, interview feedback, and subsequent actions.
• Generate End-of-Day (EOD) or shift reports detailing pipeline status, interview results, risks, delays, or obstacles.
• Ensure recruitment documentation is thorough, organized, and updated promptly.
• Adhere to all data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Training, and Client Success teams to align hiring outcomes with business goals.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and leadership to enhance sourcing quality and screening precision.
• Assist in recruitment initiatives and hiring objectives using approved strategies.
• Remain organized, responsive, and consistent during periods of high-volume hiring.
• Identify process deficiencies or recurring recruitment challenges and suggest improvements when applicable.
• Completed a 4-year degree or holds a Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through ability, and effective time management skills.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to established processes and SOPs.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and similar applications.
• Reliable internet connection (at least 100MBPS download speed; at least 50MBPS upload speed) and dependable computer equipment (minimum Intel Core i5 or equivalent with at least 8GB of RAM) - with a backup device.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting U.S.-based clients (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
• Background in healthcare support, home care, recruitment, sales, scheduling, or operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to adapt to various support functions based on training and performance (preferred but not mandatory).
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPAA/PHI awareness is a plus) (preferred but not mandatory).
