• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and providing feedback;
• Actively seek out candidates through multiple platforms;
• Assist in developing talent attraction strategies and advertising job openings;
• Keep a well-organized record of the selection process and candidate status.
• Prior experience in recruiting for diverse roles within agricultural firms;
• Personal computer or laptop with dependable internet connectivity;
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite;
• Valid CNPJ (company registration) — contracted as PJ (legal entity/independent contractor).
• Commission-based compensation, with a percentage awarded for each position successfully filled by the recruiter.
