Recruiter – 6-month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate full-cycle recruiting for open positions at Backblaze, both domestically and internationally.

• Take ownership of the recruitment process from initiation to offer acceptance and hiring.

• Source, evaluate, and advance candidates through the hiring pipeline efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Develop and sustain relationships with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and team objectives.

• Assist in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, from kickoff to closure.

• Experience in hiring for both technical positions (such as engineering and product) and non-technical roles (like operations and go-to-market).

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.

• Located in the United States.
