This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Recovery Services Sales Specialist will operate remotely within the United States, tasked with reaching out to assigned prospective clients, converting qualified leads into signed client agreements, maintaining precise CRM documentation, and supporting the recovery services workflow in alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and performance expectations.
• This role acts as the primary liaison for prospective clients identified through company research, focusing on converting qualified leads into signed, complete, and operations-approved client files.
• The position involves educating prospective clients about the Company's contingency-based recovery services, building trust through professional communication, addressing inquiries and objections, securing necessary agreements and authorizations, and ensuring a smooth transition of client files into the document collection and claims-processing workflow.
• The Recovery Services Sales Specialist is accountable for keeping accurate records of all interactions with prospects within the Company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring timely follow-ups, safeguarding confidential information, and conducting all client communications in accordance with approved sales practices, compliance standards, and company policies.
• Meet established standards for productivity, conversion, quality assurance, documentation, and customer service performance.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in sales, customer service, call center operations, client relations, or lead generation.
• Experience in communicating with clients via telephone and other electronic communication methods.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar customer management platforms to document interactions and manage follow-up activities.
• Experience in outbound sales, inside sales, lead conversion, client intake, financial services, legal intake, recovery services, insurance, or other consultative sales environments.
• Experience working remotely while meeting established productivity, quality, and performance expectations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass all required background and reference checks prior to employment.
