Recovery Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute client mailings and monitor letter tracking.

• Reconcile invoices and manage communications with field providers.

• Oversee appeal processes and maintain scheduling cycles.

• Ensure precision in all client-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare claims.

• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office.

• A minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing position.

• Outstanding accuracy, responsiveness, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be based in the U.S. with valid work authorization.
