RecOps Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Analyze & Optimize:

• - Break down current workflows or establish new ones from the ground up; implement data-driven enhancements and track KPIs to ensure improvements are realized and maintained.

• Build the Stack:

• - Assess, implement, and enhance the tools and integrations that support the recruiting function - ATS, CRM, scheduling, sourcing - while managing the data model and integration layer.

• Reporting & Analytics:

• - Identify key metrics and create dashboards that provide recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership with real-time insights into performance.

• Special Programs:

• - Oversee the operational design and implementation of structured programs, creating repeatable infrastructures instead of temporary solutions.

• AI & Automation:

• - Proactively integrate AI-native tools into the recruiting workflow; assess tools based on measurable outcomes rather than just features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment operations or a closely related function in a high-growth setting.

• Proficient understanding of ATS platforms at a data-model level.

• Strong analytical abilities and a problem-solving approach.

• Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar languages).

• Skills in data visualization/dashboarding (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar tools).

• Capability to document processes clearly and work methodically.

• Interest in fintech and financial markets.

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for pattern recognition and/or automation.
