This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct outbound recruiting calls to identify, screen, and attract new caregiver talent.
• Address inbound referrals and employment inquiries, converting them into interviews.
• Perform recorded video interviews, along with screening and applicant assessments.
• Organize and facilitate multiple interviews each day.
• Engage in recruiting events and job fairs.
• Process applications and uphold accurate candidate documentation.
• Assist with conducting background checks and reference verifications.
• Monitor and manage candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
• Keep comprehensive and current records in internal software systems.
• Transfer and arrange data for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Support the Staffing Coordinator in managing the hiring process.
• Host several weekly webinars, delivering information clearly and engagingly to potential candidates.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Proficient in English with advanced skills (C1–C2).
• Demonstrated capability to oversee high-volume, long-cycle recruitment while maintaining candidate engagement.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with public speaking, particularly in webinar formats.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Early finish on Fridays depending on workload.
