This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Plan and execute project-based recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective coverage of vacancies.
• Provide consultative support to clients, coordinate resources, and optimize the use of the ATS to ensure efficient and traceable selection processes.
• Receive and analyze project requirements; gather profiles and define selection criteria in collaboration with the client.
• Implement attraction and sourcing strategies (advertisements, headhunting, networking, and databases) tailored to the project's needs.
• Manage and utilize the ATS for recording, tracking, and closing vacancies, keeping the database up to date.
• Conduct interviews and technical and competency evaluations.
• Monitor the process until integration and invoicing, ensuring the delivery of required reports and indicators.
• Communicate results and maintain a consultative relationship with the client, managing expectations and recommending improvements.
• Resolve issues promptly, escalating as per policy and maintaining documented history.
• Collaborate with the team to share sources, techniques, and best practices that enhance coverage times.
• Must reside in or be familiar with the Tlalnepantla area.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project-based recruitment, managing mass processes, or RPO.
• Experience with ATS and digital recruitment tools.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to evaluate profiles according to project requirements.
