📋 Description

• Posting job vacancies on job boards and our own social media channels

• Sourcing and screening candidates

• Referring qualified profiles for interviews

• Freelance recruitment for the Pucallpa Corridor: Pucallpa, Campo Verde, Ciudad Constitución, Codo de Pozuzo, San Alejandro–Von Humboldt, and Zúngaro–Puerto Inca–Von Humboldt

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and selection (ESSENTIAL)

• Access to job boards and personal recruitment sources

• Ability to work towards objectives and meet deadlines

• Residence in Pucallpa or Campo Verde

• Technical skills: Finance, Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Personnel Selection, Social Media

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
