This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Management of spreadsheets and data.
• - Independent data entry and spreadsheet oversight — no need for micromanagement.
• - Gather, organize, and uphold precise records with a strong focus on detail.
• - Ensure data remains clean, structured, and readily accessible for the entire team at all times.
• Management of email and document workflows.
• - Oversee high-volume email operations — handling 4+ emails with attachments each day.
• - Convert and extract documents into PDF format, while organizing shared notes and files through OneDrive.
• - Maintain current and orderly shared drives so the team can easily locate necessary resources.
• Tools and technology proficiency.
• - Proficient in the full Microsoft Suite is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• - Adaptability with CRM systems — while you may not know every platform, you learn quickly and apply it effectively. (Current CRM is Bonzo)
• - Comfortable learning new tools and systems without losing momentum.
• Outreach and communication skills.
• - Engage in warm calling — not cold outreach. You recognize the difference and establish rapport swiftly.
• - Maintain a professional and confident phone presence, representing the team effectively on every call.
• Above-average English communication abilities — both written and spoken.
• A warm, confident, and professional presence both over the phone and in person.
• A good personality fit is crucial: must be personable, self-motivated, and naturally inclined to build relationships. A touch of flair and charisma is part of the role.
• Previous experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or a related area is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and common administrative tools.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently, managing various tasks, and prioritizing effectively.
• Required proficiency in the Microsoft Suite; experience with OneDrive and shared document systems is a bonus.
• Salary above the market average.
