Real Estate Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit and create high-quality video content for internal projects, digital platforms, marketing efforts, training materials, and various multimedia requirements.

• Improve raw footage through color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.

• Ensure that all video content adheres to creative direction, brand standards, and quality expectations.

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members throughout the production process.

• Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries to facilitate an efficient workflow.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on all video deliverables prior to publication or distribution.

• Modify video content for various formats and platforms while preserving visual consistency.

• Keep abreast of video production trends, editing techniques, and industry best practices to continually enhance content quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or a related creative discipline.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.

• Strong grasp of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.

• Experience with various video formats, resolutions, and export settings.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in photography, animation, or other multimedia production tools is an advantage.
