This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Allocate your time to assist our Business Development Manager (BDM) as well as our Operations/Executive Lead.
• Support with CRM data entry, updating client profiles, and monitoring pipeline stages.
• Create pre-listing kits, organize property appraisal documents, and send follow-up emails to potential clients.
• Help in coordinating digital marketing materials, scheduling social media posts, and crafting email newsletters to engage the BDM’s database.
• Arrange schedules, set reminders, and manage inbox organization to ensure all important tasks are addressed.
• Prepare real estate documentation, coordinate meeting agendas, and perform general data entry.
• Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact via email or phone for clients, tenants, and vendors.
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally in the Real Estate sector (Property Management or Sales support is highly advantageous).
• An exceptionally lively, positive, and enthusiastic personality with a "can-do" mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs (such as Rex, PropertyMe, Vault, or similar), Project Management tools (like Asana, Trello), and the Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle competing priorities from two distinct managers.
