This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Professionally and confidently handle incoming customer calls.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to emails.
• Arrange service appointments and manage technician schedules.
• Generate and dispatch invoices.
• Maintain organized and current customer records.
• Communicate with customers about scheduling, delays, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in prioritizing urgent service requests.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Warm, professional, and empathetic phone demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities.
• Capacity to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach—you think critically rather than just following scripts.
• Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another home service sector.
• Familiarity with common HVAC terminology and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of typical HVAC issues and error codes (or the willingness to learn quickly).
• Experience with invoicing and scheduling software is advantageous.
