This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist with administrative duties including budgeting, expense reporting, and preparing general reports or other presentation materials to facilitate functional work.
• Offer support for meetings, training sessions, seminars, events, coffee tastings, and business travel for departmental partners.
• Provide calendar management for multiple leaders and/or a team.
• Aid in the onboarding/offboarding process for district managers, including securing necessary computer equipment.
• Organize and maintain virtual filing systems.
• Respond to phone inquiries and written requests for information.
• Conduct research on various issues and compile information.
• May index records and pertinent information.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance workflow, organization, and communication.
• Act as a primary contact for distributing materials and conveying standard operating procedures.
• Address requests for information effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with operational leaders.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience.
• Background in providing administrative support in multi-unit/multi-leader environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• In-depth knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment.
• Ability to foster trust-based and collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Capacity to recommend changes in strategies, concepts, and solution designs as part of a team.
• Skill in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
