This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Providing support in the invoicing process
β’ Receiving and processing purchase orders
β’ Maintaining and processing time registrations for our NDO colleagues
β’ Linking tasks to the purchase orders you have created
β’ Customer contact regarding cost submissions, requesting purchase orders, etc.
β’ Additional administrative tasks, entering data into various systems
β’ Experience in the technical/industrial sector is essential
β’ Familiarity with technical abbreviations
β’ Experience within NDO is a plus
β’ Proficient command of the Dutch language
