This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Capture high-quality images of both residential and commercial interiors and exteriors.

• Provide additional services such as 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial imagery (when applicable).

• Uphold a professional, punctual, and friendly demeanor while on-site.

• Submit raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the day of the photoshoot.

• Experience: Proven background in professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography.

• Gear: Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod (Canon/Nikon preferred).

• Mobility: Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone.

• Soft Skills: A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a "customer-first" mindset.

• Favorable Skills: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified).

• Experience with Matterport or comparable 360° technology.

• Professional Videography skills.

• Advanced shooting techniques such as HDR, Flambient, etc.
