This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Oversee rental payments and monitor tenant payment statuses.
• Categorize and track expenses related to properties.
• Maintain detailed inventories of properties, including descriptions and assignments to specific units.
• Assist in posting rental listings on platforms such as Zillow, social media, Airbnb, and others.
• Engage with vendors, including Spanish-speaking individuals, utilizing translation tools as necessary.
• Establish master Google Drive folders for each property and synchronize them with local devices.
• Organize, upload, and accurately categorize all business and property-related documents.
• Investigate free or low-cost alternatives to existing tools.
• Coordinate and manage medical appointments, therapy schedules, and reminders.
• Take part in Google Meet work sessions and scheduled check-ins.
• Prior experience in real estate operations or support in property management is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in managing digital files and system configurations.
• Strong analytical and research abilities for comparing tools and enhancing workflows.
• Capable of communicating professionally with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
• Comfortable with ongoing process improvement and documentation practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
