Real Estate Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Asset Retrieval: Proactively engage with external builder websites to identify and gather essential marketing assets, technical specifications, and property information.

• Basic Floor Plan Interpretation: Analyze and interpret fundamental floor plans to pinpoint key aspects such as room counts, location of master suites, and bathroom layouts.

• Property Documentation: Accurately capture and document comprehensive information from builder materials, including exterior photos, square footage, and parking details.

• Listing Management: Verify that all property data is accurate and consistent prior to submission to MLS platforms, akin to high-level MLS input and screening.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure that listing information is in alignment with the source documents provided by builders.

• Problem Solving: Serve as a front-line troubleshooter, resolving everyday challenges independently while escalating only highly unusual or complex issues to the COO.

• High-Level Thinking: Possess the ability to understand the overall context of a listing and ensure all components are accounted for without the need for constant supervision.

• Basic Floor Plan Literacy: Comfortable interpreting standard architectural layouts to extract property specifications.

• Independent Problem Solver: A proactive "figure-it-out" mindset is essential. We seek someone who can navigate obstacles without becoming bogged down by minor details.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry is critical to uphold the integrity of our listing inventory.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, MLS systems, and adept at navigating various external web portals.

• Full-time availability, committed to a 40-hour workweek.

• Flexible to work in the US timezone, Monday to Friday.

• Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home environment.

• Possession of a laptop or desktop that meets the minimum specifications: 8GB RAM and an i5 operating system.

• Reliable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
