This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Assist in the daily operations and administrative tasks of real estate.
• Oversee transactions, manage documentation, and streamline operational workflows.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client, property, and transaction records.
• Interact professionally with clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Track operational timelines and guarantee timely and accurate task completion.
• Create reports, spreadsheets, and necessary administrative documents.
• Aid in the onboarding process and coordination of vendors or service providers.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all forms of communication and documentation.
• Support various operational and administrative projects as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate operations, administration, transaction coordination, or customer support is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities are essential.
• Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems or real estate platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting is required.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• A reliable internet connection and a well-equipped home office setup are necessary.
• Flexibility to work during U.S. hours.
