This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Manage all aspects of real estate litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement negotiations, and potential appeals.
β’ Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve favorable results.
β’ Conduct research and provide guidance on intricate real estate law issues and transactional risks.
β’ Prepare and review litigation and transactional documents pertinent to real estate matters.
β’ Establish and nurture new client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to business growth, particularly within the Southern California market.
β’ At least THREE years of experience in real estate litigation.
β’ Prior experience with hourly billing and precise time tracking.
β’ Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active, good standing membership with the California State Bar.
β’ Exceptional writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
β’ Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
β’ Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service and ethical practices.
β’ Capability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
β’ Previous experience working remotely and a desire for ongoing professional development.
β’ A self-motivated mindset with an interest in community and professional involvement.
β’ An existing client base in real estate litigation or related transactional work (Nice-to-Haves).
β’ Demonstrated success in client acquisition and referral network expansion (Nice-to-Haves).
β’ Experience in mentoring or leading litigation teams (Nice-to-Haves).
β’ Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000β$200,000, depending on experience.
β’ Bonus potential linked to KPIs and any transferred business acquired.
