Real Estate Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of real estate litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement negotiations, and potential appeals.

• Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve favorable results.

• Conduct research and provide guidance on intricate real estate law issues and transactional risks.

• Prepare and review litigation and transactional documents pertinent to real estate matters.

• Establish and nurture new client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to business growth, particularly within the Southern California market.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least THREE years of experience in real estate litigation.

• Prior experience with hourly billing and precise time tracking.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active, good standing membership with the California State Bar.

• Exceptional writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.

• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service and ethical practices.

• Capability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Previous experience working remotely and a desire for ongoing professional development.

• A self-motivated mindset with an interest in community and professional involvement.

• An existing client base in real estate litigation or related transactional work (Nice-to-Haves).

• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and referral network expansion (Nice-to-Haves).

• Experience in mentoring or leading litigation teams (Nice-to-Haves).
