β€’ Manage all aspects of real estate litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement negotiations, and potential appeals.

β€’ Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve favorable results.

β€’ Conduct research and provide guidance on intricate real estate law issues and transactional risks.

β€’ Prepare and review litigation and transactional documents pertinent to real estate matters.

β€’ Establish and nurture new client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to business growth, particularly within the Southern California market.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least THREE years of experience in real estate litigation.

β€’ Prior experience with hourly billing and precise time tracking.

β€’ Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active, good standing membership with the California State Bar.

β€’ Exceptional writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.

β€’ Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

β€’ Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service and ethical practices.

β€’ Capability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.

β€’ Previous experience working remotely and a desire for ongoing professional development.

β€’ A self-motivated mindset with an interest in community and professional involvement.

β€’ An existing client base in real estate litigation or related transactional work (Nice-to-Haves).

β€’ Demonstrated success in client acquisition and referral network expansion (Nice-to-Haves).

β€’ Experience in mentoring or leading litigation teams (Nice-to-Haves).
