Real Estate Inside Sales Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial contact for Redfin, helping to secure customer engagements.

• Manage live phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers.

• Connect potential customers with a local Redfin Agent.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding real estate products and subsequent actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid real estate license is mandatory.

• Prior experience in inside sales is preferred.

• Experience in real estate transactions is advantageous.

• Excellent multitasking abilities.

• Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite is a plus.
