Inside Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with 200 - 300 cold prospects daily through phone calls (using autodialer).

• Handle incoming calls via an automated dialing system.

• Perform outbound follow-up calls to warm leads.

• Spark interest among business owners and assess their business needs.

• Collect information to identify the right-sized solutions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in: Inside sales, phone sales, cold calling, or SaaS.

• At least 1 year of experience in a remote or work-from-home setting.

• Preferably, 1 year of experience with SEO and/or Google Ads.

• Show proficiency with virtual communication tools and G Suite.

• Strong communication and organizational skills; outgoing and ambitious personality.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, with a mindset for learning, detail-oriented, and punctual.

• Ability to establish rapport with small to medium-sized service-oriented business owners.

• Maintain integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Exhibit a mature, professional, and positive attitude.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to multi-task effectively.

• Experience with tools like Vicidial, Paylocity, Zoiper (or similar) and VPN is preferred.
