This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Addressing customer inquiries
• Creating detailed quotes for dance flooring systems
• Building and nurturing customer relationships to drive revenue growth
• Emphasizing inbound sales activities and proactive follow-ups
• Converting opportunities through consultative support
• Serving as a subject matter expert on dance flooring systems
• Suggesting tailored product solutions
• Efficiently processing orders using sales inventory management software
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Assisting in monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics
• Maintaining clear communication with management
• Collaborating with marketing for product improvements
• Engaging in trade shows, webinars, and industry events
• Identifying inefficiencies in sales processes
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• A minimum of three years of proven inside sales or consultative sales experience
• Strong skills in customer engagement with a consultative sales approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong computer experience
• Preferred experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting product information clearly and persuasively
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical abilities
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Interest or experience in the dance, performing arts, or theater community is a plus
• Additional compensation in the form of bonuses, incentives, or commissions
• Programs are subject to the rules governing the program
