This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and enhance the Brivity CRM to boost operational effectiveness for the Client, focusing on priorities such as lead generation and database management.
• Actively seek new clients daily through various lead sources using phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
• Address incoming leads from online sources, referrals, sign calls, etc., through phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
• Enter data into the database and establish an effective touchpoint strategy for these leads.
• Carry out lead follow-up and nurture efforts until appointments are secured via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
• Evaluate conversion rates and achieve performance targets.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Previous telemarketing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in both written and verbal formats.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, achievement-driven, and collaborative in nature.
• Capable of managing and organizing competing priorities and a varied workload.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
