This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
• Proactively evaluate existing accounts to reveal upsell and cross-sell potential, transforming these insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Oversee the complete management of software subscription renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer retention.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, from technical contacts to decision-makers.
• Assume responsibility for assigned accounts with a sales-oriented approach, laying the groundwork for a future transition into Account Management or Sales Management.
• Facilitate the preparation, processing, and follow-up of opportunities and orders to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Serve as a liaison between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and all related departments.
• Collaborate with the Head of Inside Sales EMEA by analyzing data with an entrepreneurial perspective and sharing valuable insights.
• Assist our global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, and the planning and execution of strategies.
• Manage and maintain data in the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate handling of customer information, prospects, and opportunities.
• Create presentations, reports, and statistics, and organize training sessions and meetings.
• Support and engage in workshops and trade shows to enhance company visibility and connect with clients.
• 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals.
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling software products.
• Initial experience or a strong interest in stakeholder management and account ownership within a B2B sales context.
• Ability to establish and nurture strong working relationships.
• Capability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
• Persuasive demeanor coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Solution-focused, process-oriented, and analytical thinker with high self-motivation and a desire to continually develop, embrace, and implement innovations.
• Proven performance as an Inside Sales Manager with aspirations to progress towards Account Management responsibilities in the future.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI technologies to enhance efficiency, analysis, and overall performance.
• Business fluency in both German and English.
• Experience in handling B2B customers.
• Knowledge of the SaaS industry.
