This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Analyze professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentation materials pertaining to real estate, hospitality, and event management.
• Examine outputs for factual correctness, analytical rigor, operational practicality, presentation excellence, and professional integrity.
• Assess real estate deliverables related to property operations, real estate analysis, leasing, development, or asset management.
• Review materials concerning hospitality, including hotel, lodging, guest services, or hospitality operations.
• Evaluate plans for events along with schedules, budgets, logistics, and operational documentation.
• Analyze spreadsheets that support budgets, forecasts, operating plans, or business decisions.
• Inspect reports, spreadsheets, plans, and slide presentations for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Measure assigned outputs against domain-specific quality benchmarks.
• Detect factual, analytical, operational, presentation, aesthetic, and formatting discrepancies.
• Deliver precise, organized written feedback outlining identified strengths and weaknesses.
• Consistently apply evaluation standards across various work products.
• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, hospitality, events, property management, hotel operations, event planning, or a closely related area.
• Strong practical knowledge of professional workflows within your field of expertise.
• Proven experience in reviewing operational plans, commercial analyses, budgets, reports, or stakeholder documents.
• Ability to pinpoint unrealistic assumptions, absent dependencies, and weak professional reasoning.
• Strong commercial and operational judgment.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Advanced expertise in PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Proficient in spreadsheet management and analytical tasks.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, structured feedback.
• Keen attention to analytical, operational, and presentation details.
• A Master's degree or higher from a recognized institution is a plus.
• Must perform work without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
• Part-time independent contractor arrangement.
• Fully remote work environment.
