This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Launch and expand your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Create and establish a property concierge service in your local area.

• Seek out and secure management agreements with property owners who prefer to delegate the oversight of their properties.

• Assemble and lead a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally cultivate a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Earn between 75% to 85% of the concierge service fees generated by your business.

• Build a portfolio of managed properties and benefit from its buyout by ALB when you exit the network.

• Ability to persuade property owners and foster trusting relationships.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-sufficiency.

• Interest in creating a long-term recurring income stream.

• No specific degree, certification, or minimum experience is necessary.
