📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your property concierge services within your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Receive and manage inquiries from property owners in your vicinity.

• Monitor operations in real time through the ALB platform.

• Must be self-employed.

• Demonstrated ability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or similar fields is beneficial.

• Strong motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• A desire for independence supported by a structured network.
