Real Estate Cold Caller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients sourced from various lead channels.

• Engage with leads who express interest in purchasing properties and evaluate their requirements and levels of interest.

• Schedule appointments for real estate agents and brokers.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and calls through diligent use of a CRM system.

• Deliver regular reports on engagement activities, key metrics, and observations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Cold Caller or in a Sales-related position.

• At least 1 year of experience within the Real Estate sector.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Excellent time management capabilities.

• Familiarity with modern technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.

• Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).

• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).

• Outstanding communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
