Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings, facilitate open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Determine your own schedule and manage your workload effectively.

• Engage with clients, particularly during weekends.

• Operate remotely in the field without the necessity for office visits.

• Receive flat-rate compensation for each field event completed.

• Submit an application and fulfill a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the readiness to acquire them.

• Willingness to become a member of the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable transportation and capability to travel within your designated market.

• Completion of a background screening is mandatory.

• Independent contractor (1099) status is required.
