⛳️ Requirements

• A valid real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to affiliate your license solely with Redfin.

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or commitment to acquire them.

• Willingness to join the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Realtor Association.

• A dependable mode of transportation.

• Ability to travel within your designated market area.

• Must complete a background screening in accordance with applicable laws.
