This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Conduct home showings, facilitate open houses, and participate in property inspections.

• Experience no sales pressure, contracts, or closing processes.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Hold a real estate license in the state where you will be working and agree to affiliate your license solely with Redfin.

• Possess a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to acquire them.

• Be prepared to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Have a dependable mode of transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.
