This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage and qualify incoming calls utilizing CRM systems
• Arrange listing appointments, buyer consultations, and meetings with investors
• Keep organized records of clients and ensure follow-up communications
• Assist the team with various administrative and operational responsibilities
• Employ provided scripts and lead lists to enhance client engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably in real estate)
• Professional and approachable phone demeanor
• Self-driven and capable of working independently
• Ability to adhere to scripts and guidelines during lead outreach
• Availability to commit to a 20-hour work week
• Flexibility to work during U.S. time zones, Monday through Friday
• Must maintain a distraction-free home office environment
• Required to own a laptop/desktop with minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system
• Dual monitors are an advantage
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 MBPS)
• Monthly salary of $400
