• Identify and secure potential housing partners within the German market.

• Offer customized advice to landlords, property owners, and property managers regarding corporate housing concepts.

• Assist partners through phone, written communication, and virtual platforms to guarantee a positive service experience.

• Clearly and persuasively explain intricate tax and financial issues related to housing.

• Actively engage in enhancing services and processes in housing procurement.
