Customer Service Manager, nationwide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver both telephone and face-to-face support to our clients

• Accountable for facilitating a seamless flow of all installation activities at customer locations

• Actively participate in developing our solutions portfolio

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction

• Completed commercial or technical training, or an equivalent qualification; experienced project managers are also encouraged to apply
