This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Take complete responsibility for the GEO's P&L and overall market performance, directly reporting to the CEO/COO.
• Establish and enhance the brand's presence within the target market, whether by creating it from the ground up or optimizing an existing framework.
• Oversee and manage local operations, including traffic acquisition, product localization, payments, CRM, VIP, support, partnerships, and reputation management.
• Perform audits of essential metrics, domains, payment infrastructure, affiliate setups, and operational processes.
• Drive user acquisition efforts with a strong emphasis on affiliate traffic and achieving FTD growth targets.
• Supervise CRM and retention strategies, encompassing reactivation campaigns and local communication channels.
• Develop and oversee VIP programs aimed at enhancing GGR contributions from VIP players.
• Ensure that customer support performance aligns with agreed SLA, FRT, CSAT, and FCR targets.
• Coordinate local partnerships, collaborate with influencers, devise media plans, and manage brand positioning activities.
• Build, onboard, and lead local teams while tracking operational efficiency and employee engagement.
• Monitor market competition and generate regular competitive intelligence reports.
• Lead reputation management initiatives, including monitoring review platforms and coordinating crisis response.
• Collaborate closely with HQ functions, including Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams.
• Track and optimize key business KPIs, including FTD, LTV/CAC, retention, NGR, VIP share, payment uptime, support CSAT, and brand sentiment.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in iGaming, covering affiliate, traffic, product, or country operations.
• Strong comprehension of .com economics, including CAC, LTV, NGR, and affiliate revenue share models.
• Proven experience in launching and scaling operations in one of the following markets: Türkiye, India, or Europe.
• Familiarity with PSP/payment infrastructure in offshore verticals.
• Experience in building and managing local teams, including recruitment, onboarding, and KPI management.
• A strong analytical mindset capable of working with dashboards and formulating actionable hypotheses.
• Understanding of CPA/revenue share mechanics and affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, Tune, Cellxpert, etc.
• Language proficiency: Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Experience collaborating with streamers and influencers in the iGaming sector.
• Direct engagement with the CEO/COO and expedited decision-making processes.
• Full accountability for the GEO, encompassing P&L, team, and strategic direction.
• Allocated budgets for affiliates, influencers, and infrastructure with a high degree of autonomy.
• Support from seasoned central office teams across Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech.
• Clear KPIs and well-defined growth phases.
