📋 Description

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across various transactions.

• Provide clients with guidance on pricing, marketing, and negotiation tactics.

• Assist investors in identifying and evaluating potential opportunities.

• Oversee leasing activities, including property showings, tenant screenings, and lease execution.

• Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), contracts, and associated documentation.

• Collaborate with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and title companies to facilitate smooth closings.

• Keep accurate records and maintain property listings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license.

• Demonstrated success in sales, leasing, or both, with a proven track record of closed transactions preferred.

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with residential, commercial, and leasing practices.

• Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and property management software.

• Self-driven with the capability to manage your own business effectively.
