This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Promote Properstar’s global real estate listing platform to professionals, agents, developers, and brokers across Italy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding the client portfolio.
• Execute high-volume outreach efforts, averaging 30 calls daily, alongside SMS, WhatsApp, and email communications.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Deliver product demonstrations designed specifically for the Italian market.
• Meet and exceed sales targets established by management.
• Proficiency in Italian.
• Capability to communicate in English.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in sales, business development, real estate, or digital advertising.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Hubspot) and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to create and maintain a professional network within the real estate sector.
• Position as an independent contractor.
• Complete autonomy in managing business development initiatives.
• Provision of marketing materials by Properstar.
• Sales support and access to exclusive tools to enhance client engagement.
