This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engage with live seller leads and successfully close deals from day one.
• Dedicate your efforts to meaningful conversations with sellers.
• Gain direct access to the founder and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team.
• Concentrate on seller interactions while the system manages administrative tasks.
• Be responsive to time-sensitive leads, including evenings and weekends.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in wholesaling acquisitions.
• Demonstrated stability in recent positions.
• Experience in virtual closing is highly preferred.
• Background in a wholesaling firm or as an independent wholesaling operator.
• Not currently managing your own acquisitions business.
• Real estate experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish-speaking ability is a strong advantage.
• Full-time commitment is essential — no other active jobs or side ventures.
• Ramp Period: $3,000–$5,000/month for the first 3 months, depending on experience and interview performance.
• Commission: 10% of gross assignment fee after the ramp period — 100% commission with no earnings cap.
• Tiered commission structure designed for consistently high performers.
• Estimated first-year earnings: $80,000–$120,000+ from ramp salary and commissions.
