This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identification of off-market properties through various methods, including Google Maps, public registers, and owner correspondence.
• Engaging in cold outreach using phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and letters — maintaining a professional and direct approach.
• Qualifying leads by conducting initial conversations and establishing trust with potential clients.
• Negotiating with sellers and assisting throughout the Letter of Intent (LOI) and notary processes.
• Providing potential support during property viewings.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally within real estate acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills, along with quick thinking and composure under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong sense of self-motivation.
• Very high performance-based bonus, estimated at approximately 2–5% of deal volume.
