Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and draft contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and evaluate the After Repair Value (ARV) as well as the As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas through phone sales.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
