Reading Interventionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences to students on a daily basis.

• Offer tailored, individualized feedback utilizing a range of techniques.

• Adapt instruction to accommodate varying levels of student mastery.

• Allocate time each day to access the learning management system for reviewing student progress and grading submitted assignments.

• Establish a welcoming classroom environment in accordance with course setup and management guidelines.

• Actively participate in curriculum learning and engagement.

• Analyze student data to determine suitable actions that enhance student achievement.

• Assist in-class facilitators with classroom management and issues related to curriculum and instruction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Valid state teaching license.

• Ability to pass the necessary background check.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Capability to complete training within a two-week timeframe.

• Open to receiving regular coaching and feedback.
