Readiness Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance strategic partnerships with Services retainer clients through organized account management and consistent engagement.

• Promote customer readiness by providing education, strategic planning, and maximizing their investment in CrowdStrike Services.

• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure customer requirements align with service offerings.

• Conduct timely account evaluations, follow-up documentation, and service scoping.

• Create and uphold customer success plans that outline clear next steps.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at program enhancement and development of best practices.

• Assist in driving team pipeline growth through strategic expansion of accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in cybersecurity services, including incident response management, customer success, and/or advisory consulting.

• Demonstrated success in managing senior-level relationships within technical environments.

• Strong capabilities in project coordination with a focus on customer service.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with robust workload management skills, balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in managing multiple client relationships concurrently.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and considerations related to incident response.

• Proven experience leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.

• Strong business insight and problem-solving abilities.

• History of implementing program enhancements.

• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.

• Prior experience in incident response or security consulting.

• Experience in optimizing service delivery and improving processes.

• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

• Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, credit, and/or reference checks.
