This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties.
• Execute upgrades for consumer units, lighting, and accessories, alongside minor installation projects.
• Accurately diagnose, identify, and report any electrical faults.
• Conduct repairs on emergency lighting, basic ventilation systems, and maintain mains fire alarms.
• Interpret electrical and site drawings as necessary.
• Complete job sheets, reports, and necessary documentation using the Oneserve application.
• Engage in professional communication with residents, clients, and colleagues.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Safely operate in accordance with current Health & Safety regulations and applicable electrical legislation.
• Participate in training sessions and support continuous improvement initiatives within the business.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Experienced and driven maintenance engineer.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation and maintenance practices.
• Background in both domestic and commercial environments.
• Proficient in fault-finding and diagnostic techniques.
• Capability to interpret technical drawings when necessary.
• Skilled in using mobile devices to fill out electronic job sheets.
• Keen attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and punctuality.
• L3 Electrical Installations Diploma.
• City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification or equivalent (preferred).
• AM2 Assessment (preferred).
• Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391-51).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382-18).
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
