React Front-End Developer – 4 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Evaluate software requirements and assess proposed solutions within the constraints of project timelines and technical limitations.

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable and responsive front-end applications utilizing React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services effectively.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, product owners, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Engage in technical discussions and offer recommendations to enhance architecture and development methodologies.

• Produce clean, reusable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.

• Ensure software quality by implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing protocols.

• Participate in code reviews and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Assist in deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks in production environments.

• Contribute to CI/CD processes while upholding code quality and security standards.

• Promote a positive, collaborative, and proactive team atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical degree, vocational training, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Experience in integrating and consuming REST APIs.

• Practical knowledge of Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with Kafka and AWS S3.

• Proficient in using Git for version control.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as GitHub Actions, Sonar, and Fortify.

• Experience in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications in live production settings.

• Solid grasp of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
